New Email Settings

When using Microsoft Outlook the settings can be changed under Account Settings.

Please enter the new login details and incoming / outgoing server details. Please use the settings directly below this sentence and not the settings in the image below.

Username: Your full email address (example@YOUR-DOMAIN.com.au)
Password: As provided

Incoming Mail Server: mail.YOUR-DOMAIN.com.au
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.YOUR-DOMAIN.com.au

Please ensure you are using a POP3 account. If you are using a different account type, you will need to set up the account again.

Once you have confirmed that you are using a POP3 account, click on “More Settings”.

Outgoing Server should be as follows:

 

And, that’s it! All done.

You can access your email via webmail from any internet browser using the details below:

http://www.YOUR-DOMAIN.com.au/webmail
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
